If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

As a small independent business, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
