The red-eyed piranha, or Serrasalmus rhombeus, is known to be the most dangerous of its kind, and when we see how its wide-open eyes glow with bloodlust, it doesn't surprise us at all how greedily and tirelessly it begins to "swim" as soon as you wind it up with the included key.

Its sharp, bared teeth reveal that the next attack won't be long in coming. Its above-average strong jaw allows this type of piranha to bite off even meat with bones in one go. Its terrifying ferocity and immense hunger for flesh make it a serious threat to animals and humans.

We can really count ourselves lucky that this representative poses no serious danger - because this piranha doesn't bite through any thread.

Are Tin toys safe to play with?

Our tin toys are thoughtfully sourced for their nostalgic character and craftsmanship. However, they are not classified as children’s toys under modern safety standards.

For younger children, these pieces are best enjoyed as decorative objects or collectibles, and should only be handled under close parental supervision. Some items may contain small parts or sharp edges that are not suitable for unsupervised play.

For this reason, our tin toys are not recommended for children under 14 years of age.

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that they are intended primarily as decorative or collectible pieces rather than toys for young children.
