If something doesn’t feel quite right, you’re always welcome to return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. Simply send us a note at info@hausofknaus.com, and we’ll gently guide you through the process.
Due to us being a small family-run business, we are not able to offer refunds on postage, unless the item is faulty or damaged. The return postage is to be covered by the customer. You can read more in our Return and refund policy.

Are Tin toys safe to play with?
Our tin toys are thoughtfully sourced for their nostalgic character and craftsmanship. However, they are not classified as children’s toys under modern safety standards.
For younger children, these pieces are best enjoyed as decorative objects or collectibles, and should only be handled under close parental supervision. Some items may contain small parts or sharp edges that are not suitable for unsupervised play.
For this reason, our tin toys are not recommended for children under 14 years of age.
